It took a couple re-schedules due to the weather and the unforgivable King tides… but we did it! We walked the beach until the gigantic sandhill stood in front of us. A couple waves made it to the shoreline, but we handled it like true locals. Also…about Cocoa… she’s a rescue pup and she’s totally blind. She runs with a cute little hop, kind of like a fawn and it’s literally the cutest thing ever. I got to hold the candy cane squeaker toy as we adventured, and whenever she would go off course, she would follow her way back to the squeak! And Kelsi and Dylan… I could have photographed them the entire day. Talk about connection… this day was just what my heart needed…
